Oberon Council is in receipt of Development Application 10.2023.35.1 Change of Use from Residential Dwelling to Business for children's parties.
The Development Application being for 85 Oberon Street, Oberon Lot A DP972259 submitted by Ms Claude Warda. The application will be assessed and determined by Oberon Council.
A copy of the Development Application and documents are attached or alternatively a hard copy will be available for inspection at the following locations during normal business hours:

Cnr Dart and Fleming Streets, Oberon.
Submissions via the Guest Book or via letter or email are invited in relation to this application and must be made to Oberon Council by 4.00pm on Monday 14 April, 2025. If a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of the objection must be specified within the submission.
