Oberon has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the region, this combined with the need to travel to a tertiary institution to complete practical aspects of courses and receive face to face tutoring makes upskilling even more challenging. We have the opportunity to leverage TAFE skills-based programs to Oberon to upskill and support our emerging workforce and businesses.
