Exhibition of Draft Oberon Local Strategic Planning Statement and Review of Submissions Report
On 17th June 2025, Council resolved to place on exhibition the Draft Oberon Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS) and a Review of Submissions Report, based on the preliminary engagement carried out between 26th March and 16th May 2025 on four key strategic planning areas:-
Housing
Employment Lands
Open Spaces
Local Strategic Planning Statement
The response from community engagement was phenomenal with 227 surveys completed and strong attendance at Information Sessions.
Council is inviting everyone to review the Draft Oberon LSPS and Review of Submissions Report and provide written submissions up until 4.00pm Friday 18th July 2025 either via Have Your Say; email to council@oberon.nsw.gov.au or; mailed to Oberon Council, PO Box 84, Oberon 2787. Alternatively, you can drop in a written submission at Council's Administration Centre, 137-139 Oberon Street, Oberon before the closing date.
Please be advised if you are considering printing the documents, there are print and online versions which are formatted appropriately.
