Oberon Council is inviting you to take part in our annual Community Survey.
In 2025, the community helped shape Council’s four-year Delivery Program by sharing what matters most and how we are performing. This year’s survey continues that conversation. It aims to measure community sentiment about the services Council provides, while also helping us understand the priorities and issues that are most important to you right now.
The results will help Council assess how we are performing guide priorities and decision-making processes, as we begin the next stage of the Integrated Planning & Reporting (IP&R) process, being the development of the 2026/27 Operational Plan.
This survey also builds on last year's results. The 2025 survey will act as a benchmark, allowing us to track trends, measure progess and identify areas for improvement over time.
Community feedback will:
Measure community satisfaction with Council services, initiatives, and performance
Help us understand emerging priorities and concerns
Inform the development of the upcoming Operational Plan and budget
Provide valuable insight as we move into the next stage of the IP&R process
The IP&R framework ensures Council's plans, finances, assets and workforce are aligned with the long-term vision of our community. Community input is a vital part of this process, helping Council make informed and transparent decisions for the future.
Your feedback matters. By taking part in the 2026 Community Survey, you are helping Council understand what is working well, and where we can improve. The survey takes approximately 8 minutes to complete and is open until midnight on Friday, 10 April 2026.
