This survey will play a key role in measuring and evaluating the implementation of the Delivery Program.
The Delivery Program is a four-year plan that outlines Council's commitment to achieving the outcomes and strategies of the Community Strategic Plan. It details the initiatives Council will undertake during this term, with specific actions to implement these initiatives as outlined in the annual Operational Plan and Budget.

This survey is your first opportunity to provide feedback on the Delivery Program as part of the 2025 Integrated Planning & Reporting (IP&R) process, before it is adopted by Council.
The IP&R framework recognises that while most communities aspire to safety, sustainability, economic growth and reliable infrastructure, each community addresses these priorities differently. These unique responses shape the identity of cities, towns and villages. The framework also ensures that Council's plans and policies are aligned and interconnected.
