Presentation of Audited Financial Statements and Auditor's Reports.
In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) (the Act), Oberon Council advises that the audited financial statements and the auditor's reports for the financial year ending 30 June 2025 will be presented to the Ordinary Council Meeting to be held on:
Date: Tuesday, 18 November 2025
Time: Commencing 5.30pm
Location: Oberon Council Chambers, 137-139 Oberon Street, Oberon.
Copies of the Audited financial statements and the auditor's reports can be found in the Documents tab of this page and are available at Council's Administration Centre. A summary of the financial statements is provided below.
In accordance with Section 420 of the Act, any person may make submissions to the Council with respect to the audited financial statements or the auditor's reports. Public submissions must be made in writing and can be left in the Submissions section below, or sent via email to council@oberon.nsw.gov.au
Submissions must be received by Council no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday 25 November 2025.
